- This contemporary painting on box canvas has been produced using oil paints and wax. In a very time consuming process I have built up the surface in layers and then scratched back into the surface (sgraffito) to create the illusion of stone and fossil fern fronds. I am planning to exhibit this painting in my September solo exhibition. Please do let me know if you would like to purchase this painting as I may be able to substitute it with another piece.
