- This piece is a multi-media (ink and oil paint) painting on prepared hardboard. Here I have experimented with an underdrawing in ink, and over painting with oil paint. Similar to another piece produced on canvas using the same image, I was curious how the different base would affect the final result. I really enjoyed producing this piece. I like to look at the 'movement' that has been achieved through using a large brush and loose brush strokes.
