- This piece has been painted onto a textured background. This is the third of the 'Biennale' Series- paintings based on digital images taken whilst 'doing' the Venice Biennale. It was a beautiful autumn morning, with a fairly low sun casting long hazy shadows on the textured surface of the walls.
