- This painting was pictured in the January 2006 edition of 'House and Home Ideas' magazine, in a feature regarding affordable contemporary art. This painting was inspired by a beautiful boat trip taken to the three Venetian islands Burano, Murano and Torcello. The telephone number of a glass factory had been painted on a wall but the paint had eroded to leave a bleached out effect. The numbers used were personal to me on the day of the trip- date, ticket number etc.
