- This painting was produced alongside the commissioned piece 'The Grand Canal'. When playing around with composition for the commission I produced a series of drawings and came up with this scene- and decided I simply had to paint it. Painted on deep edge box canvas, the edges are painted a crisp white and do not require framing.
